Lemon Greek Potatoes

Roasted greek lemon potatoes are very easy to prepare, but you'll have a very interesting vegetable dish full of flavour and delicious. We've started to love the greek kitchen since our vacation last summer in Greece - good olive oil, oregano and lemon,  really amazing and simple ingredients you always have on hand.

Ingredients

Potatoes
1 kg
Olive oil
50 ml
Buttermilk
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Oregano
1 tsp
Garlic cloves
3 pcs

Step by step

Into a bowl add the olive oil, lemon zest, oregano.

Add also the minced garlic cloves and salt, mix well.

Peel and clean the potatoes.

Cut each potato into 8-10 wedges.

Place on the baking sheet and drizzle the oil mixture over them.

Toss gently to combine.

Bake the potatoes for 40-45 minutes at 200 C degrees.

Stir every 15 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown.

Serve them immediately with any dip you like, salad, fish or meat.
