Quinoa Pancakes

If we still showed you how to cook quinoa, of course there are some quinoa recipes. This I give you first, it's my favorite - some very good pancakes come out, no one realizes that they have something special in them, they are tasty, tender and healthy.

Wholemeal flour can be replaced with plain white flour, or oatmeal (the picture is with oatmeal). In step 7 is the picture with the pancakes made on wholemeal flour.

Ingredients
Milk
240 ml
Egg
1 piece
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp
a little more for frying
Sugar
1 tbsp
or honey
Whole wheat flour
180 g
Cooked quinoa
1 cup
Baking powder
2 tsp
Salt
0.5 tsp
Step by step
Step 1

In a bowl, mix the milk with the egg, sugar and oil.

In another bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt.

Add boiled and cooled quinoa here.

And the composition from step 1 with milk and egg - mix well with a whisk or spoon.

Heat a non-stick pan well, grease it with an oil brush and pour the pancakes with a spoon.

I fit about 3-4 on a pan, if they are smaller or you can make them bigger.

Bake them over medium heat, when they make air bubbles on the raw side, turn them over and let them brown on the other side for a few more minutes.

Serve hot with your favorite jam or yogurt.

Here in the version with wholemeal flour with green walnut jam.
