Cheesy Baked Fish

A very simple, healthy and tasty recipe for cooking fish. Fish is good both as a hot food and as an appetizer.

Ingredients
Fresh fish
800 g
You can use fillets of any fish, it is important to be boneless. Here I used skinless salmon fillets.
White onion
3 pieces
Mayonnaise
200 g
Yellow cheese
200 g
Salt
0.5 tsp
Pepper
0.25 tsp

Step 1

Wash the fish fillet, remove the skin, cut into medium pieces and arrange in an oven tray.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Grease the fish pieces with mayonnaise.

Cut the onion into small pieces and place over the mayonnaise.

Grate the cheese over the onion and put the tray in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
