Green Beans with Eggs

I now propose a recipe that seems so trivial and simple but know that it is a very good solution for a quick dinner or a healthy breakfast. When you don't want cooking, sophisticated frying, try to make some green bean eggs quickly - the taste buds will surely be satisfied and your body will thank you for such a healthy "fuel".

Ingredients
Green beans
500 g
fresh or frozen
Egg
3 pieces
White onion
1 piece
Sunflower oil
1 tbsp
Salt
1 tsp
plus other favorite spices

Fresh green beans are cleaned and washed, put it for 5-6 minutes to boil in water, or about 10 minutes on steam (that's what I did).

If you have frozen beans, so use it, you do not need to prepare it in advance.

In a pan put 1 tablespoon of oil, half a glass of water and julienned onion.

Cook until the onion is well softened.

Add the frozen or boiled beans in time.

Stir and let the lid on slowly simmer, thaw and cook a little - in the version with frozen beans.

Taste the beans to be cooked as you like - more al dente or softer.

Add eggs and mix quickly, simmer for 5 minutes.

Suitable for salt, you can add a little ground pepper, possibly crushed garlic.
