Cucumber Mango Salad

This salad is one of our favorites for dinner, most often combined with grilled fish (salmon / sea bream). My husband can't stand mango (no taste or aroma), here he actually enjoys it, really! I usually buy mango and let it for 2-3 days at room temperature, then it becomes softer and more fragrant.

Ingredients
Mango
1 piece
Cucumber
250 g
Green onions
2 pieces
I put plain white onions
Extravirgin olive oil
2 tsp
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Salt and pepper
0.5 tsp
to taste
Step by step
Step 1

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

Cut all the ingredients into cubes, including the onion.

Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Stir and let the flavors penetrate for 5-10 minutes,

For me, this is my favorite salad and garnish besides a grilled fish (usually for dinner), but it certainly goes with meat.
