Honey and Mustard Dressing

Every season of the year we have certain salad preferences - from the simple cabbage and tomato salad in the season at its peak to more strange and interesting combinations. In winter we do not have fresh vegetables in the garden, so we buy leaf salad bags. I like to combine various dressings here, but this one with mustard seeds and honey is one of our favorites. It has a slightly sweet taste, the mustard seeds are a bit crunchy and fragrant. It would be hard to mess it up and for this reason I highly recommend it!

Ingredients
Extravirgin olive oil
50 ml
Honey
1 tbsp
Vinegar
3 tbsp
lemon juice also works
French mustard
1 tbsp
Salt
0.5 tsp
adjust to taste
Ground black pepper
0.25 tsp
or other favorite herbs
Step by step
Step 1

In a small jar (200-300ml), pour the olive oil.

I recommend using a jar to prepare the dressing, it is easy to mix/shake and store what's left in the refrigerator.
