Panna Cotta

My girls adore this elegant and delicate dessert, and I appreciate its simplicity in preparation. We often overcomplicate things, but straightforward flavors remain timeless favorites.

Just keep a few details in mind when making Panna Cotta, and you'll find it incredibly simple and quick to prepare. You can easily customize it with your favorite fruits, whether they're in season or not. For example, I've made it with mango and pineapple puree, berry jelly, and a grape jelly. If you're looking for simplicity, a teaspoon of your favorite jam as a topping works perfectly.

Moreover, by substituting sugar with a sweetener, you'll enjoy a version that's lower in calories.
