Baked Sweet Rice with Apples and Pumpkin

A delicious and healthy dessert for the whole family. It is very easy to prepare, is aromatic and tasty. I recommend to all moms and not only :)

Pumpkin

Apples
4 pieces
Sugar
250 g
Adjust it according to your preferences, it can be made as sweet as you want.
Butter
200 g
or oil if you are vegan
Parboiled long grain rice
200 g
Raisins
100 g
Step by step
Step 1

Cut the pumpkin and apples into cubes. Raisins are washed well with hot water.

Grease a heat-resistant glass bowl with butter and put the first layer of pumpkin.

Sprinkle sugar and a little rice over the pumpkin.

Put a layer of raisins on top of the pumpkin.

Sprinkle with sugar and rice again.

Cover with a layer of pumpkin.

Sprinkle rice and sugar over the pumpkin.

Then a layer of apples with raisins, again sprinkled with apples and sugar. This will be the last layer.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan. If you want to make it vegan, use oil.

Pour the butter / oil over the pilaf layers, to completely cover the whole composition, add water so that it covers the last layer.

Cover the glass pot with a lid and put it in the oven until the rice is cooked, and the pilaf is baked for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
