Roasted Potatoes&Meat

It's a super simple recipe, the potatoes melt in your mouth, they are flavorful - and all with minimal effort.

Meat
500 g
you can use any type of meat you prefer - chicken, pork, turkey, etc
White onion
2 pieces
Sunflower oil
100 g
Pepper
0.5 tsp
Cumin
0.5 tsp

Step by step
Step 1

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into medium pieces.

The meat is washed, portioned, salted and mixed with a little pepper, paprika, cumin. Add the chopped onion.

Mix and press everything well with your hands.

Mix the meat with the potatoes, add oil and mix everything very well. Do not add salt, so as not to harden the potatoes.

Linea deep baking tray with aluminum foil so that large edges remain on the foil. Put the potatoes and meat in the pan.

Cover the potatoes well with foil and put them in the oven.

Bake for about 1 hour and a half or 2 hours, depending on the oven.

After an hour and a half, periodically check if the potatoes are soft. When they are ready, open the foil, salt the potatoes and serve them with any favorite salad or pickles.
