Black Radish and Apples Salad

A perfect salad this season of viruses and colds - radish and onion are very well known as extraordinarily good natural foods in these cases. The salad is very tasty, a little sweet from apples, goes perfectly with some salted / pickled fish with potato / rice garnish.

Ingredients
Black radish

Apples

Red onion
1 piece
Sunflower oil
3 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp
Salt

Step by step
Step 1

Peel and wash the radish, onion and apple.

Grate the radish.

Then the apple.

Cut the onion into thin noodles.

Add oil, salt and vinegar, mix well. Serve immediately and do not leave on the 2nd day (it is no longer good then).
