Vegan Mushroom Pate

A very good recipe for breakfast not only during fasting but also for those who care about a healthy and vegetarian diet. The pate is very tasty, one of the best I make, the ingredients are simple, few and it cooks quite quickly.

Ingredients
White mushrooms
500 g
White onion
1 piece
White bread
2 pieces
2 medium slices
Olive oil
5 tbsp
Fresh parsley
3 tbsp
Salt
0.5 tsp
Step by step
Step 1

 Clean the mushrooms, and boil them in water for about 20 minutes.

Put them in a sieve to drain the water well.

Peel and wash the onion, cut it into medium pieces. Then put 2 tablespoons of oil, onion and mushrooms in a pan, heat them until golden brown. Let them cool.

Soak the slices of bread in water.

Blend well with the blender the mixture of mushrooms, onions, and bagel drained well.

Mix the mushroom paste with 3 tablespoons of oil, greens and salt.
