Homemade Mini Tart Shells

This shells are delicious and you can combine them with any favorite salad, they look great as an appetizer on the festive table. The only thing is to get the appropriate trays, I used those for mini tarts.

Ingredients
Butter

All-Purpose Flour

Yellow cheese
100 g

you will only use the yolk

Rub the flour well with soft butter until it crumbles.

Then add the cheese given through the medium grater.

Add the yolk and salt, mix everything well until the dough is formed.

Wrap the dough thus formed in a bag and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take it out of the fridge and spread it out on a 7-8 mm thick sheet. With a glass cut the dough slices and put these slices in the tart trays. The trays should be greased with a little oil.

Press well with your hands so that the dough sticks to the walls of the trays.

Put all the trays in a larger tray and bake at medium temperature.

Leave in the oven until golden brown, then remove them and with the help of a towel shake them on a bottom or sheet and remove the baskets from the trays.

If you let them cool it will be harder to remove them from the trays because the cheese sticks and hardens.

Let them cool and you can use them for any type of salad you like. They are very tasty and go well with all vegetables.
