Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup

I saw the recipe in a TV show and since then it has been on my mind in the "waiting list", I didn't even write it down because it is very simple. It is prepared quickly, is consistent and very tasty - a little diversification to classic soups and broths. I recommend you to try it.

Ingredients
Chicken
1 piece
Carrots
1 piece
White onion
1 piece
Bell pepper
1 piece
Canned corn
500 g
or frozen
Egg
4 pieces
Fresh herbs(onion,basil,dill, parsley)
1 piece
about a bunch of mixed dill and parsley
Laurel leaves

Step by step
Step 1

The chicken is washed well and boiled with enough water to cover it.

Step 2

I would recommend throwing away the water in which the chicken was boiled at the beginning, put another clean water and let it boil again. Add whole vegetables (onions, carrots, peppers) cleaned and washed - do not cut them into small pieces because we use them only for soup, to make the base fragrant and tasty. Put 2 bay leaves, froth if necessary and when it starts to boil well, make a low heat and leave for 40-50 minutes.

Step 3

After this time, remove the boiled chicken on a plate to cool slightly. Take the vegetables out and use them for another meal or throw them away.

Step 7

Pour them into the soup, stirring constantly with a spoon so that they come out like egg noodles.

Step 8

And finally add the washed and finely chopped greens, leave until it starts to boil and turn off the heat.

Serve it in 15-20 minutes so that the flavors penetrate during this time.

Good appetite!
