Easy Deviled Eggs

The simplest, fastest, cheapest and delicious appetizer - the recipe is a basic one, you can add anything you like (cheese, liver, fish, etc.). Although as I remember from my mother, this is how they are the best, without too many flavors and mixtures in them. It is also one of the appetizers I make most often, especially if I don't want to complicate myself too much with a festive meal.

Ingredients
Egg
6 pieces
usually 12 halves of an egg are enough for a plate, but lay as many eggs as you have a plate
White onion
1 piece
Sunflower oil
4 tbsp
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
+ 100g for some eggs on top
Salt
0.25 tsp
to taste
Pepper
0.25 tsp
Garlic cloves
1 piece
optional
Step by step
Step 1

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then leave them for about 20 minutes, even more in cold water, then peel them.

Put the onion, mayonnaise, a little salt and pepper over the yolks. With a fork, mix everything well and mix. Taste the salt and pepper, if you like, add a little more garlic.

Step 5

Put the resulting mixture back in the egg halves, press a little and distribute evenly over the entire surface.

Step 6

And here you can already beautify them and do as you like best - you can put them with the filling down and grease them with a little mayonnaise and greens - or simply, leave them as they are, grease them with mayonnaise and put some greens on them.

If you have time and inspiration you can do many things - ladybugs, bees, mice ... etc.

Good appetite!
