Creamy Radish Salad

I am sure that this salad will satisfy everyone, even those who do not have much with radishes - sour cream makes the salad more special and creamy. In our country, this variant of radish salad is most often prepared and everyone eats it to the last spoon. I was really thinking about how I forgot about it for 2 years of posting recipes, now I compensate and I recommend you with confidence - it is simple, fast, full and delicious.

Radish

Boil the eggs, cool in cold water and clean.

Radishes and onions are cleaned and washed well.

In a deeper bowl, cut the radishes into rounds.

Then cut the green onion into small pieces, add to the radishes.

I recommend that you grease it with sour cream just before serving, if it stays longer, the radishes leave the water and the salad becomes more liquid.
