Tuna and Chickpea Salad

I propose another quick, healthy and simple salad - the perfect option for those who would like to combine the holidays with a healthy meal.

It's been a favorite of the family, and not only, for some time now. A big plus is that you don't have to boil anything, you just need to buy the cans and have some greens in the fridge. I assure you that it beats out many other classic tuna salads. Besides, it's fast, very healthy and filling.

Ingredients
Cooked chickpeas
400 g
Canned tuna
160 g
Pickled cucumbers
5 pieces
Green onions
4 pieces
Fresh parsley
1 bunch
Vegetable oil
30 ml
any favorite oil
Salt
0.5 tsp
to taste
Ground black peper
0.25 tsp
Step by step
Step 1

I used canned chickpeas. Drain and wash the chickpeas under running water.

Step 2

You can use the oil from the canned tuna, in which case, make sure you don't add too much oil when you make the salad.

If you are using tuna in brine, you must drain before adding it to the chickpeas.

Step 3

Cut the pickles into cubes and add to the salad.
