Baked Banana Custard Cake

The presentation picture is more technical, I didn't have time for something more artistic but of course the taste is special. The cake was very soft, flavorful (bananas are perfect here) and tender, it was well worth tasting and showing you.

Ingredients
Bananas

Heavy cream (32% fat)
250 ml
Egg
3 pieces
Sugar
100 ml
White flour
200 ml
Water
100 ml
Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp
Step by step
Step 1

In a non-stick pan, preferably siliicon (you will surely be able to remove it from the pan), cut the bananas into rounds.

In a mixer mix well the rest of the ingredients: sour cream, flour, sugar, eggs, water and vanilla.

Pour the dough into the pan and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.

After this time, the flan browns and rises slightly. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit - leave it, but don't worry, it's okay.

Then take it out of the pan and serve with a little powdered sugar or whipped cream.
