Pineapple Chicken Salad

It's a more special combination of ingredients at first sight, but know that everything is perfect. It was appreciated and tested on several rounds of guests to make sure it is not only my preference.

I really like that the ingredients don't have to be prepared too early, just boil the chicken breast, the rest are already ready, cut them and mix them. You can do it half an hour before the guests come. I would say that it is perfect for a festive meal, with not at all banal ingredients and you will surely impress your guests.

It should be left in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to penetrate.

Otherwise, it can definitely compete with Beef Salad .
