Healthy Brownies

I made this healthy brownies 2 weeks ago and posting the recipe I'm still thinking of repeating it today - it was unexpectedly good and tasty. Although you see in the ingredients that we do not have white flour in the composition at all, no fat and still it is a goodness, so it can be eaten healthy and tasty.

You can replace the cognac in the composition with some black / green tea or some apple juice, you can also give it to children.

I wholeheartedly recommend it, even for gourmets who love classic brownies - you will surely be impressed by this light brownie as well.
