Pea Puree

How underestimated is the pea puree recipe - quick, simple and a delicate, fine and tasty garnish comes out - even Sofia eats with great pleasure.

In the fasting version, heat only a little onion with oil and omit the butter.

I tried to make the puree with canned peas and frozen peas, each one was good - only the frozen peas were a little sweeter.

Ingredients
Frozen green peas
450 g
or canned
Sunflower oil
2 tbsp
Butter
25 g
Salt and pepper

Put the butter and oil in a pan, let it heat well.

In the fasting version, heat the finely chopped onion with oil, omit the butter.

Add the frozen peas, mix well and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes - until it thaws and boils well.

Season with salt and pepper, turn off the heat.

You can add other herbs, but do not overdo it, it does not change the taste of peas.
