Pickled Herring Canapes with Beet

An interesting improvisation with the ingredients of "Shuba" Salad, and the first suggestion for this year's festive meal. The combination of pickled herring with vegetables and black bread is perfect, in addition there are some beautiful and colorful canapes. I definitely recommend them - tasty, beautiful and special, they will definitely beautify any holiday meal.

Beets and potatoes are boiled, cooled and cleaned.

Then put the beets through a small grater and mix with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and a little salt. Depending on the taste, you can also add crushed garlic.

Cut the bread into slices and then portion it into small pieces cut into squares / rhombuses or like me - I cut them with a stainless steel ring.

Put 1 teaspoon of potato mixture on each.
