Apple Pancakes

As I found this recipe, I immediately tried it and we really liked it, especially Sofia! They are fragrant, fluffy and tasty,  save the  recipe, they are really worth it - especially for those who have take care of the health of your loved ones.

It can also be made in the fasting version , the milk is replaced with oat milk or apple juice.

Ingredients
Apples
2 pieces
Milk
250 ml
or oat milk, apple juice
Sunflower oil
1 tbsp
Sugar
1 tbsp
Salt
0.25 tsp
Whole wheat flour
200 g
or white, wholemeal + rye, wholemeal + buckwheat flour
Baking powder
1 tsp

Step 1

Grate the apples, or cut them into cubes.

I gave them through the turbocharger robot, but not very small.

Pour the milk, oil, sugar and salt into a bowl, then add the apples.

Add flour and baking powder mixed with a whisk.

If the dough is too thick, add a little more milk, so that it comes out like a yogurt.

Let the dough penetrate for 10 minutes.

After this time, heat a non-stick pan well, grease it with a little oil brush and bake the pancakes with a spoon.

Bake them over medium heat, so it's time for the apples to cook.

Brown them well on both sides.

I prefer to bake them on a dry pan and greased only at the beginning with a little oil, but you can also fry them classically with more oil, only they will be fatter and oilier (but also tenderer).

Serve hot with sour cream, and you will love any jam - we have a strawberry jam :)
