In a frying pan, heat the sunflower oil and sauté the onion until golden brown.
Add the 2 tablespoons of flour, mix well, and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add at least 1 glass of water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
Adjust the sauce to achieve a consistency similar to thin cream.
Add water as needed to reach the desired texture.
Add the prepared nettles to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
Simmer the mixture on low heat for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, season with salt and add the crushed garlic. Cook for another 2 minutes.
