Pizza Cupcakes for Kids

It's a great challenge to please the kids when it comes to food, but you can never go wrong with pizza or cupcakes. If you can combine the two, they will be even happier! At first I wanted to make mini pizzas, the same classic pizza, but a lot smaller in size. It was pretty OK, but not spectacular, so I was a bit sceptical when I started the cupcakes. The work method turned out to be very simple and the final result made both the kids and me very happy.

An important detail we all noticed is that the next day the pizza cupcakes were still very good, even cold, without heating. We took them with us on a picnic and everybody liked them. Follow closely the steps in the recipe and make your children happy with these delicious, beautiful and interesting cupcakes.

Using a big mug, cut rounds of about 9-10cm in diameter.

This also depends on the size of the cupcake cups you have, if they are smaller, cut smaller rounds.

Let's continue with the muffins - coat the base and the sides with your favourite tomato sauce.

I use the Classic Marinara Sauce or any Tomato Sauce for Pizza.

Add your kids' favourite toppings - mine like corn on a pizza :) So, I spooned 1 tbsp corn on top of each cupcake.

After this time, they will surely turn to golden brown on top, but it's important to check if they are completely cooked through. I use a knife to pull one out and see if the base is cooked as well.
