Vegan Mushroom Sauce

One of the most delicious dishes, you must taste it too. It is very easy to prepare and you can combine it with a polenta or potatoes.

Ingredients
White mushrooms
1 kg
Garlic cloves
6 pieces
Fresh parsley
1 tbsp
Soya milk
2 cups
or another vegan milk
White flour
6 tbsp
Salt
1 tsp
Olive oil
2 tbsp

Step 1

Wash and clean the mushrooms. Put them to boil and let for 20 minutes.

Then let them drain and cool.

Thinly cut all the mushrooms.

Prepare the recipe for white vegetarian sauce with double the amount of ingredients.
