Sweet Pea Salad with Pickled Mushrooms

An ordinary recipe that is simple, but very, very good, filling, healthy and fast. It can be eaten as salad or with a garnish of rice, potatoes or meat. Pickled mushrooms can be bought from the store or prepared in advanceaccording to the  Homemade Pickled Mushrooms Recipe from the website.

Ingredients
Canned sweet peas
400 g
Pickled mushrooms
200 g
Green onions
2 pieces
Olive oil
2 tbsp
or any other oil you like
Salt
0.5 tsp
Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp
or lemon juice
Step by step
Step 1

Drain the peas and put them in a salad bowl.

Be sure to choose good quality canned peas, be a little sweet and soft, I usually buy Bonduelle.

Drain the mushrooms in the marinade and add to the peas. If they are too big, cut them into smaller pieces.

Wash green onions, cut into small pieces and add to peas and mushrooms.

Add oil, salt and vinegar, mix well. That's all salad work!

In fasting and diet it is very good - it contains many proteins and vitamins, it is dietary and healthy.
