Quick Pita Chips

When you want a healthier snack, I recommend these pita chips, with the addition of spices and olive oil.

I made them with some leftovers of Indian Flat Bread - Roti (they are even healthier because they are made of wholemeal flour), but they can also be made with commercial pita, from those for shawarma.

Ingredients
Pita breads
2 pieces
Olive oil
3 tbsp
Salt
0.5 tsp
Garlic powder
0.5 tsp
Oregano
0.5 tsp
and other favorite spices - paprika, curry, parsley, etc.

Step 1

Cut pita into squares or rhombuses.

Put in an oven tray.

Sprinkle with olive oil, add spices, salt, mix well with your hands.

And put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

But be careful to mix in them at least twice during this time. And to sit next to the oven, they are made quite quickly and can burn.
