Beat the eggs hard with the mixer.
Add 1 glass of milk, salt and sugar, mix.
Add the flour, mix with a whisk or slowly with the mixer, so that they are not lumpy.
Pour the rest of the milk, mix.
Then add the oil and mix.
Heat the pan well, grease it with an oil brush and pour 1 pinch of dough.
Bake over medium-low heat.
When they are brown on one side, turn them over and let them bake for 4-5 seconds on the other side as well.
Continue with the rest of the dough - I usually don't grease the pan with oil after the first pancake.
Serve them with any jam you like.
