Cut the peppers into larger cubes, put them in a deep frying pan with a little oil.
Stir periodically, the peppers are ready when well done and soft.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.
Finally add the finely chopped garlic and finely chopped cheese, like your hands or with a grater.
Stir and leave on the fire for another 2-3 minutes.
It is very good and hot and cold.
