I replaced the sour cream with whipped milk in the recipe and my top turned a little browner, due to the reaction of the baking soda. If you make it with cream, the top should be white, although the taste would not be any difference.

Cut the onion into small cubes and brown a little in oil.
In a bowl put the diced chicken breast, grated cheese, chopped onion and chopped dill.
Add salt, pepper and mix well with a spoon - this will be the filling for the pie.
In another bowl, mix the cream with the melted butter.
Add the baking soda, salt and sugar, mix well with a whisk.
Then add eggs and milk, mix.
Finally comes the flour, stir so that they are not lumpy.
You should get a dough like thick cream.
Spread a large stove tray with baking paper, pour the dough into it and distribute it evenly with a spoon.
Distribute the meat filling evenly over the dough.
Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until nicely browned.
Allow to cool well before serving.
Portion according to preferences and enjoy.
