Important to know: The couscous is boiled in a 1: 1 ratio with water. So a water unit, and a couscous unit.
Boil 1 cup of water, you can use any pan. In this water put the salt, oil and spices that you like. For this recipe I used curry or turmeric, both give a pleasant aroma and a pleasant yellow color.
Until the water boils, prepare an equal volume of couscous - in my case the same cup with water.
When the water starts to boil, put the couscous, stir and turn off the heat.
Let it swell well for 10 minutes and then use as a garnish or in combination with other vegetables, meat and make a delicious meal.
