A cake that is prepared in record time, but very, very good - soft, fine, pleasant.... I recommend you to make it.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. First beat them hard and set aside.
Soft butter (at room temperature) mix well with sugar.
Then add the yolks one by one and mix well after each one.
Then add the flour, mix well, the milk, mix again and finally the beaten egg whites. Mix well.
This is what the cake dough looks like before you put it in the tray.
Pour the dough into a cake loaf tin lined with baking paper. If you do not have the shape of a cake, use another deep tray, just be careful with the amount of dough, if it is a larger tray, use a double amount of ingredients.
Put the cake in the oven for about an hour, until it browns well. Then take it out and let it cool well.
Then turn it over on a plate or bottom and serve with pleasure :) We did not last more than 30 minutes until it cooled down a bit. And to be honest, I liked it better when it was warm.
I sprinkled it with a little cinnamon and you should know that as smart as the cake is, it is just as fast to eat :)
