Bring the milk to a boil, when it starts to boil, add the chocolate and stir until it dissolves completely.
Then add the semolina "in the rain", at the same time mixing the milk with the aim of not making lumps.
Let it boil slowly until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Then add the sugar and vanilla. Stir, turn off the heat and let cool for about an hour.
After this time add the butter.
And blend the composition well, to be as fine as possible in sight and taste - about 8-10 minutes at maximum speed.
Pour the composition into glasses or cups and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours (for the impatient :) or overnight.
It is very good, aromatic, sweet and creamy.
