The cauliflower is washed and put in the robot.
Grind the cauliflower well, but do not overdo it - it should be about the consistency of the couscous.
In a larger bowl place the cauliflower, chopped parsley and chopped olives.
Drain the lemon juice over the entire surface of the vegetables.
Season with oil, salt, pepper and possibly curry - all to taste.
It was delicious and freshly made and even on the 2nd day, I recommend you to try it - it's a bomb of vitamins and fiber.
