It's an excellent greek salad recipe, tasty and with lots of vitamins and fibers. This greek salad is very easy to make even if it's bit different from a classic vegetables salad.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves in a salad spinner.
Tear the leaves into pieces and put them in a salad bowl.
Wash the vegetables.
Cut the pepper into thin julienne strips.
Cut the cucumbers and put them in bowl.
Then cut the tomatoes.
Cut the red onion julienne style.
Now, in the bowl we have all the vegetables ready for the salad.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and oregano to a small bowl and whisk until all the ingredients come together.
Add more salt or lemon juice to taste.
Then add it to the salad, but keep 1 tbsp for later.
Mix well all the vegetables with the vinaigrette dressing.
Decorate the salad with feta cheese cubes and some olives. Sprinkle that tbsp of vinaigrette from step 9 on the cheese cubes.
The salad is ready to eat.
