Wash the apples, remove the spine with a knife and arrange in a tray covered with aluminum foil.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon inside the apples.
The foil is not mandatory, but if you have it I recommend putting it.
Cut the bananas into small pieces and fill the inside of the apple.
Place in the hot oven for half an hour.
After baking, leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar or powdered sugar. In order for the sugar to stick better to them, I grease them with a brush with the juice drained from the foil or with a little water.
They are good both hot and cold.
