Another light recipe and very tasty, I really did not expect this Banana Bread to be so good - it tastes similar to Classic Banana Bread. It is not very sweet, if you like it and you are allowed to be sweeter, add half a cup of sugar.

Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients - flour, chopped walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients - eggs, yogurt, cheese, vanilla essence, oil and finely chopped banana.
Now add the liquid mixture to the dry ones.
Mix the dough well, if you see that it is too thick, add more yogurt, so that it is a dough like a thicker cream.
Pour the dough into a larger cake tin, or 2 smaller ones - the cake grows quite a bit and can come out of the pan. Spread the cake pan with baking paper.
Put in the oven at medium temperature, and let it brown well for about an hour.
Leave in the pan for 10 minutes then turn it over on a bottom or plate to cool completely.
Then slice it and sprinkle with a little cinnamon, if you like.
