Step by step

Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - whole wheat flour, rye flour, chopped walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, cane sugar, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the liquid ingredients - eggs, yogurt (or buttermilk/kefir), cottage cheese, vanilla extract, sunflower oil, and finely chopped banana.

Add the liquid mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients.

Mix the dough thoroughly. If the consistency is too thick, add more yogurt to achieve a dough that resembles thicker cream.
