A very good dish, simple and fast, at the same time a bit more special than the classic baked chicken. The meat is soft and tender with a tasty and aromatic crust, even Sofia noticed that it smells good, it is delicious and I should make them.
Be careful not to put so many slices of lemon in the meat like me, they gave a slightly bitter note - it was okay to eat but it could be better.

The chicken is washed and placed in an oven tray - the tray should not be greased with oil.
Put salt, pepper, paprika and crushed garlic over the meat - mix well with your hands, so that all the pieces are covered with spices.
Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the meat.
And pour the yogurt / kefir, mix well.
Pay attention to this step:
- you can not put slices of the lemon you drained above at all
- if you still want a light flavor, put no more than 2 slices.
I put it all on and the meat was a little bitter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes.
It would be good to leave until a beautiful crust is made on top.
Serve with any favorite garnish - vegetables, rice, potatoes, etc.
