I planned this cake a long time ago, especially since I'm still trying recipes with orange cake and none that I like. It is aromatic, colorful, tender and tasty, I recommend it with great confidence, especially since it is made quite quickly.

The oranges are washed, from 1 of them the peel is grated with a small grater, be careful not to take the white peel, because it is bitter.
Squeeze the juice, I had 150ml of juice.
Beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the melted and cooled butter to the sugar egg mixture, stirring during this time.
Then pour the orange juice, orange peel and vanilla essence, mix.
Finally, incorporate flour and baking powder with a whisk, being careful not to be lumpy.
Pour the dough into a cake pan lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Be sure to test the toothpick, if necessary, leave it in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Let it cool, then slice it and serve with pleasure :)
