This pie is very good, and as a beautiful and delicious appetizer, or as a good option to have a picnic, on the road or to serve colleagues. Sofia really liked it, she told me that it is a kind of giant sandwich.
The dough is a bit more interesting, because it is with yeast and has a softer texture. The poppy seeds and sesame on top are suitable and give it an extra taste, especially since it looks beautiful.
I would call it economical, but it still has a large amount of cheese and ham, which are not really cheap. The quantities of ingredients in the recipe are adapted for a large stove tray and I'm not sorry that I made more, it was eaten quickly :)

Warm milk is mixed with yeast.
In a bowl measure the amount of flour, then add to it the milk with yeast, eggs, oil, salt.
Mix well with a whisk or spoon so that they are not lumpy.
The dough comes out a little thicker, like sour cream.
Lay the stove tray with baking paper.
Pour half of the dough into it and level it. Sprinkle the semolina on the entire surface.
Arrange thinly sliced ham over the dough (it will help a lot if you take it sliced ready).
Next is a layer of cheese given through the large grater.
You had to put another layer of ham over the cheese - I didn't have it, so I left it with 1 layer of ham + 1 layer of cheese. If it arrives, I would recommend putting the last layer of sausage.
Then pour the rest of the dough over the entire surface and carefully spread it with a spoon, to perfectly cover the filling.
Sprinkle the poppy seeds and sesame seeds on top, let the pie grow for 20-25 minutes.
During this time, preheat the oven to 160-180 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until nicely browned.
Then take it out and let it cool a bit.
Slice and serve with great pleasure, it is good and hot and cold.
