Bolognese Sauce

Bolognese Sauce

Very good sauce that I have been using for a long time for cooking pasta and lasagna. Don't hesitate to try it.

Ingredients

White onion
2 pieces
Garlic
4 pieces
Olive oil
50 ml
Ground pork meat
300 g
Ground beef meat
300 g
Canned chopped tomatoes, 300g
2 pieces
White dry wine
100 ml
Dried basil
1 tsp
or fresh basil
Salt
0.5 tsp
salt to taste

Step by step

Chop the garlic and onions as small as you prefer.

Ground the meat.

Put the olive oil in your saucepan, add garlic and onions, mix well and let them fry until they are slightly brown.

Use the chopped tomatoes to make the tomato sauce or you can use canned sauce instead.

Add the meat to the garlic and onions, stir continuously until the water evaporates.

Then pour the white dry wine, stir again until evaporates and the meat is slightly brown.

Add the tomato sauce, mix well.

Add the salt, basil and pepper. Let the sauce cook over low for 2 hours.

The Bolognese Sauce is ready! Don't forget, it is very important to let it cook for  2 hours.
