I come up with another waffle recipe, this time we tested the vegan waffle or fast waffle recipe, and we really liked it. Another interesting and delicious dessert for the fasting period and not only, for extra taste and nutrients you can add oatmeal and any seeds you like - pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, flax, sesame, etc. You can also juggle the type of flour, but I still recommend that it be a percentage of white flour so that your waffles will come out safely, replace them with a little and test them along the way.

In a bowl put flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add vanilla, cinnamon and sugar.
Optionally you can add oatmeal, preferably finer.
And various seeds, I put a mixture of all the seeds.
Mix all these dry components well.
Pour the milk and oil.
Mix well with a whisk or mixer so that they are not lumpy.
Notice that this time I used 2 forms of silicone waffles, they fit perfectly in a classic oven tray.
I poured the dough into the molds with the polish, I got exactly 8 large waffles.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, or until well browned - the dough is without eggs and a lot of fat browns more slowly.
Turn the shapes over and remove the waffles from them.
Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
We served them with fruit on top and a little honey, but you can put chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, any jam or jam.
They were delicious and I really recommend this waffle recipe.
