Hawaiian Pizza

Unexpectedly delicious, I cooked this hawaiian pizza just to see how it goes and it was much appreciated by my family. For an amazing result, use fresh pineapple, though canned pineapple is a good option as well.

Ingredients

Pineapple
0.5 pieces
Chicken ham
300 g
Tomatoes sauce
2 tbsp
for pizza and pasta, or Marinara Sauce
Yellow cheese
200 g
Mozzarella
200 g

Step by step

Make the pizza base, according to the recipe. Line a pizza pan and roll out the dough with your hands.

Peel the pineapple and remove the core, because it's hard and tasteless.

Cut the pineapple into small pieces.

Spread the pizza base with the tomatoes sauce.

Cut the ham into slices and scatter over.

Place the pineapple pieces on top.

Scatter with 100g grated mozzarella and another 100g classic yellow cheese. If you don't have mozzarella, use only regular yellow cheese.

Bake pizza in the oven.

Cook until golden brown.

When it's ready, remove from the oven, slice and enjoy!
