	Step 1
	
		 Pour boiling water over the almonds, leave for 2-3 minutes - then drain and clean the skin (scalds are much easier to clean).
	 
	
 
	
	Step 2
	
		 Chop them well in a blender or mincer.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 3
	
		 Mix the almonds with the sugar and vanilla sugar / essence.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 4
	
		 Beat the egg a little and add it to the almond composition. Mix the whole composition well with your hands until you feel it is sticky.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 5
	
		 Form with your balls, flatten them a little and thus form the cookies. Arrange them on a tray greased with butter or spread with baking paper (I recommend paper).
	 
	
 
	
	Step 6
	
		 Keep them in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until lightly browned.
	 
	
 
	
	Step 7
	
		 They are delicious and hot and cold, but they sure end quickly :)
