Step by step
Thaw the pitted cherries.
Put eggs together with the sugar and beat well with a mixer.
The cheese is mixed with wheat semolina.
To the egg composition is added the cheese and vanilla essence. Mix well with the mixer.
Then the baking soda quenched with vinegar and mix well again.
Grease the pan with butter and sprinkle well with wheat semolina.
Pour 1/3 of the dough into the pan and evenly distribute the cherries.
Pour the rest of the dough into the pan, level and bake at medium temperature - 180-200 degrees.
Leave to brown nicely, then remove and let cool well.
After it has cooled, turn it over on a plate and serve with great appetite :)
