Prepare the tea infusion - pour 200ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons, leave for 10-15 min.
Wash the dried fruit, I put raisins, plums and dried apricots.
Cut the larger fruits into small pieces, then pour over them 150ml of hot tea infusion - to soften a little more. Leave for another 10 minutes, the time you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Over the eggs add the tea infusion with fruit.
Then add flour mixed with baking powder and flour.
Mix well with the whisk.
Pour the dough into a form greased with butter or lined with baking paper (I recommend this option).
Leave the cake in the oven, over medium heat for about 45-60 minutes - until golden brown.
After it cools, remove it from the pan.
The cake is delicious and very filling - for me from jasmine tea it also had a light aroma of flowers ....
