Step by step
The puff pastry is thawed and cut into 1 cm wide strips.
Bananas are cleaned and prepared for rolling:
- cut in half ...
- then cut the edges every half to make it more uniform, so that the rolls are not corroded or too thick.
Take a strip of dough and stretch it a little, to make it thinner and longer - you can cover the whole piece of banana when rolling.
And now the more difficult part, but a little exercise and patience ....
Grasp the edges of the dough strip at the end of the banana, slide a little but hold it lightly with your fingers.
Then gently start rolling so that you catch the end of the belt under the first run.
And then continue to roll, taking care to pass the edges a little over each new layer - not to have empty spaces after baking.
Voila - you have a beautiful and artistic first roll :)
After you make them all, arrange them on the tray and put them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
They are ready when they brown nicely, in about 30-40 minutes.
