The cheese is passed through a metal sieve - if you do not have a sieve, pass it well with a blender / robot.
If you don't have a blender, buy a finer cheese, not a coarse one.
Add eggs and sugar to the cheese bowl - mix with a whisk.
The melted and slightly cooled butter is added to the cheese composition, mixed.
Then cocoa and oil, mix.
And the last one is flour with baking powder - mix well, you should get a thicker and thicker dough.
Pour the composition into a cake pan lined with baking paper.
I used the "Coronitza" silicone cake tin from Tupperware and never used baking paper.
Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees. Test with the toothpick.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
