Step by step
Step 1
In a bowl, mix oatmeal and raisins washed and drained well.
Step 2
Put the peeled apples in the blender and peel them, water, oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Blend the composition well and add it to the bowl with oatmeal and raisins.
Step 4
Mix well with a spoon - it will be a more liquid dough.
Leave it for 30-40 minutes, you will notice that it hardens and becomes denser.
If, however, it is not thick enough to form biscuit balls, you can add a little more oatmeal or white flour.
Step 5
For me, the dough was a bit sticky, but I didn't add extra flour, I just greased my hands a little with oil and formed dough balls that you can see in the picture.
Place the respective balls on a Teflon tray or spread with baking paper.
Step 6
With a spoon soaked in oil I pressed the biscuits a little. Be careful to leave them thicker, if they are too thin they will be drier and harder after baking.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until lightly browned.
Step 8
Allow to cool slightly then serve and enjoy with tea / milk / coffee.
Good appetite!
