Vegan Chocolate Cake(Crazy Cake) - Video Recipe

This chocolate cake is amazing and sensational, you just mix some simple ingredients and the result is an excelent chocolate cake - moist, fluffy and tasty. If you want to cook it in just 10 minutes, put the cake in the microwave oven for 8 minutes and it'll be ready. My family loves chocolate cakes, and I like to cook this cake also because it is vegan, no eggs and butter, or sourcream - but you even will not guess that it's not an ordinary chocolate cake.


White flour
210 g
Cacao powder
40 g
200 g
Baking powder
10 g
0.25 tsp
Sunflower oil
80 g
300 ml
Rum flavour
1 pcs
or vanilla

Step by step


In a bowl mix well the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cacao.


Add the sunflower oil, water and rum/vanilla flavour, mix well.


Pour the batter into a cake pan(size 26-28cm), line it before with parchement paper.

If you want to cook the cake in the microwave oven use a pan for it, made from silicon.


Bake the cake at 180C degrees for 35-40 minutes. In the microwave oven keep it for 8 minutes at 650W.

Test the batter for doneness with a toothpick.


Let it cool slightly in the pan for 20-30 minutes, then remove the pan sides.


Sprinkle some icing sugar on top, if you like.
